According to the ruling of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, “In case the applicant for the admission is found to have indulged in ragging in the past or if it is noticed later that he has indulged in ragging, Admission may be refused or he/she shall be expelled from the education institute.”
Any student of Innovative College of Pharmacy found involved in ragging inside or outside the college/ hostel shall be punished heavily with a fine up to Rs.50,000/- and may also be expelled from the college with immediate effect without any notice.

Short title and commencement:-
On 29th August, 2016 in Innovative Group of Colleges a seminar on Anti Ragging was organized.
Detailed information about the types of Ragging and its legal consequences was provided by Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Director of Innovative Institute of law.
Guidelines given by UGC and Supreme Court in regard to Anti-Ragging were explained by Principal of Pharmacy Dr. R.k. Roy.
Dr. M. Pandey H.O.D of Law Dept. provided details of Anti-Ragging committees to the students of Pharmacy College & Law College along with Anti-Ragging Helpline no(1800-180-5522, 8800-2000-51, 52, 53).
Dr. Dilip Kumar Upadhyay after providing the concise information on Anti-Ragging asked all the students to administer oath to make Campus Ragging free.
Seminar concluded with an oath ceremony.
